We just wanted to give you a super fast update on the fact that we’ve just added an alternative, quicker way to purchase your Timeneye subscription.
Until today, we only had Paypal as a payment method, which created some issues for customers who couldn’t use it. From now on, account owners will find a new option in their Plan&Billing section of the account to pay directly with Debit or Credit card.
In our last update in July, we introduced the role of owners inside all Timeneye accounts. While it’s still possible to appoint team members as admins, now only owners can manage subscriptions and delete accounts.
When we introduced this new permission level, we switched all the old admins to owners, to make sure no one was suddenly cut off any of the old admin functionalities.
All these roles can be set up from the Team Management section of the account.
Account owners can now purchase a subscription directly with Debit or Credit card, without having to do it via PayPal.
When you’re ready to make your payment, select the duration of your subscription and click the green Credit Card option. Then, you only have to enter your credit card details.
After you’ve successfully made your payment, you should receive a confirmation email with a link to your invoice in a few seconds.
