Personalizing your Timeneye avatar
Were you tired of using the random stock Timeneye avatar or you didn’t know how to customize it?
Since the first version of our app we have always relied on Gravatar: it’s a great tool to manage your avatars across multiple platforms but we have decided it was time for a change. Going to Gravatar, setting up an account and choosing your best image takes time, not a lot, but still 5 solid minutes are required to complete the procedure.

After receiving several requests in the last weeks, we decided to integrate a native profile image management system.
What has changed?
We have reset and assigned new avatars to all existing users: the process wasn’t easy as we had to go through Arvo’s approval (PS: the fox is his favorite).
Stock avatars can be changed anytime in the “Basic Info” tab inside the “Preferences” menu. Here you can upload your profile pic by simply dragging it in the dedicated box or by clicking the drag&drop area. If you like hipsters animals instead, click Randomize to generate a new avatar!
From now on it will be also possible upload the Company Logo as well. Make sure to upload it in the dedicated section inside the “Account Settings” menu. The company logo will appear next to your avatar.
We have also made some minor changes to “Account Settings” and “Preferences” as we wanted to make them clearer and easier to navigate. The overall Timeneye performances have been optimized and the major bugs affecting the transition from an active timer to a saved entry are now solved.
