Frequently asked questions

Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?

No, you can sign up and try Timeneye for 14 days without a credit card. At the end of your free trial, if you feel that Timeneye is for you, pick a plan and enter your credit card details.

What happens at the end of the trial period?

If you feel that Timeneye is right for you, upgrade to a plan. If not, your account will be temporarily deactivated and we’ll keep your data in case you’ll change your mind.

Which plan is best for me?

Timeneye plans are user based and include unlimited projects and time entries. They reflect everyone’s needs: from the single freelancer up to a team of 500 individuals.

Do you offer a discount for educational institutions?

We provide a bonus subscription extension for educational institutions (Universities, Colleges etc). For example: if you are an educational institution and you sign up for 6 months, we give you 6 extra months for free! To request the educational institutions bonus, just e-mail us at support@timeneye.com once you have purchased a subscription.

Do you have any discount for loyal customers?

Yes, we do. We offer 5% discount for 3 months subscription, 10% for 6 months and 20% if you upgrade to a yearly plan.

Can I cancel my account?

You can delete your Timeneye account anytime, although this means losing all your projects and data. We want no fuss: you can cancel your account in just a few clicks from your Admin menu.

How do I ask a pricing or billing question?

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept the following payments methods: PayPal and Debit and Credit Card (using PayPal as payment processor). The payment process is extremely secure because your credit card data is directly stored on PayPal’s industry-leading payment system.
