Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?
No, you can sign up and try Timeneye for 30 days without a credit card. At the end of your free trial, you’ll be asked to enter your card details if you decide to purchase a PRO subscription.
We accept either Debit or Credit Cards as payment methods.
How do you calculate the price?
The price is calculated per user; every user tracking time in Timeneye will need a license. Think of licenses as slots or seats that a user occupies. We do not charge for the archived users.
Can I delete my workspace?
Yes, absolutely, you can delete the workspace at any time, even though that means permanently deleting your data. You can delete the workspace from the section “Workspace settings.”
What happens at the end of the trial period?
When the trial ends, if you feel Timeneye is right for you, enter your card details, select your plan (monthly or yearly), and start your subscription. If not, your account will be temporarily deactivated, and we’ll keep your data in case you change your mind.
Do you offer discounts for educational institutions?
We provide a special 50% discount coupon to educational institutions (Universities, Colleges, etc). To request the educational institutions’ discount, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org before purchasing a subscription.
How do I ask a pricing or a billing question?
Please send us an e-mail to email@example.com. We’ll be happy to help you with any piece of information you may need. Our support team will get back to you in just one business day.
What our customers say
“I spent a couple of months researching and testing different software solutions for simple time tracking with automatic calendar events capturing for our team in Europe, and Timeneye turned out to be the best solution we tested. It's simple; it is not filled with hundreds of useless settings and has exactly what you need very quickly..”
"My daily workflow relies on tracking time spent on tasks registered in third-party services (moved from Trello to Wunderlist, and to then Todoist when Wunderlist was killed by MS). Timeneye provides a very convenient integration with all of these services, and it allows clicking a single button to start/stop time for a particular task."
